client_id and client_secret

can somebody provide light on why client_id and client_secret are published inside of this codebase? Is this not something that each developer needs to procure themselves? Please enlighten me, thanks :)

I've done some research, looks like this library isn't the only one, which leads me to believe it's a telsa issue. I'll close this to avoid wasting your time.
