use only the code 716186003 and not other. (delete the other code like 716220001 no known animal allergy or 409137002 no known drug allergy, ...)

Proposal WG patient dossier:
See the valueset on the be-noallergy set
The proposal is to remove all codes other then 716186003 (no known allergy)

This code is the snomed-ct parent of the other codes, so they are always related. The question now is if we actually want to forbid these codes, or if we just advise to use the parent level code.
