1. Do we want to make it mandatory?
2. can we provide a mapping from KMEHR to UCUM?

When making a list with a mapping from KMEHR to UCUM, it became clear that a lot of the elements, which are not expressible in UCUM, are expressible in SNOMED-CT. I created a request for them: https://jira.ihtsdotools.org/browse/BERMP-379

WG: UCUM should be supported, but we might need other systems (such as SNOMED-CT). We will use slicing for this, this should be requested to the NRC (as done above). We should insist that not a plain mapping is made, but that the list is cleaned (make the distinction between units of measurement and presentation).

PS: Je n'oublie pas ta question Drug units mais la réponse n'est pas simple. Il y a plusieurs hiérarchies possibles dont l'usage dépend du modèle conceptuel du médicament concerné. Je suis en train de faire le tour de la question au propre dans un document et puis je vais revenir vers toi avec des questions sur le use case. Ceci dit, si tu as de la documentation sur le use-case pour lequel tu veux ces unités sous la main, ça m'aiderait à ne pas creuser dans toutes les directions pour rien. J'ai surtout besoin de savoir le type de médicaments pour lequel tu veux utiliser ces unités, cad des familles comme Dafalgan comprimés 500 mg ou des branded drugs qui vont jusqu'au Dafalgan 500mg comprimés oraux pédiculés Eurogénérics. C'est pas le même concept model en SNOMED CT.
