Generated StructureDefinitions aren't referencing the derived profile #1

When building a derived profile, the baseDefinition element of the generated StructureDefinition reference doesn't reference the derived profile.

This is causing the following line from the template to return the endpoint http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/... instead of http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/...

This is likely an issue with the publisher....

Created a workaround here

Remove workaround once fixed in publisher or guidance for other solutions is provided.

I have since abandoned that workaround for another. What I am doing now is generating the StructureDefinitions for the derived profiles copying and pasting them as resources and hand editing the base url.

Remove the StructureDefinitions and put the corresponding spreadsheet references back in the ig.json once the fix is applied in the publisher.
