The statement on https://github.com/hl7dk/dk-core/blame/master/input/pagecontent/index.md#L8 bothers me. The intention with National IG's and use of IPA encourages the specification of the API's as in the diagram.

We should strongly consider how this affects our IG.

We can leave out the security and Capability statement part and extract that to an additional IG, but its way harder to shoehorn in conformance in an additional IG
