Install with a simple comand

why specloud is not installed with simple command like "pip install specloud"?

Because one of its dependencies has a broken link at pypi :-(

Hugo Maia has sent an email to Titus Brown, one of the author of pinocchio[1], but as far as I know, the package is still broken.

Try to install specloud like:
pip install specloud

The last time I did it, it could not find the dependency link.

But, if it is fixed somehow, let me know.

Well, I reinstall today and broke. =/
So we wait the pinocchio fix
