@lucksus and @sphinxc0re given the recent decisions regarding "containers", is hcdev web actually going to be a thing, or should we pull it from here?

discussion with Nico suggests that this command can change to be something that opens up a Websocket server with "holoconsole" implementation of that

"holoconsole" or "hcshell", now has enables a websocket server, with a -w 8888 flag
