I've merged it, but as far as I can tell it's not working. On #428 I've pushed several commits with Anyone have a way to debug why the commit-message approach isn't working (or what I'm doing wrong if it is)? |

This adds support for building dev and release websites with commit messages containing
website_devandwebsite_releaserespectively, and building building from tags usingwebsite_releaseandwebsite_dev, as well as tags of the formatv1.3.1a4for dev, andv1.3.1A4for release.
