ffmpeg drawtext filter is unavailable on 1.15.0

drawtext filter of ffmpeg does not work on a-shell 1.15.0. Excecuition result of "ffmpeg -filters" does not include drawtext filter.
Accoriding to https://superuser.com/questions/1836546/can-not-use-drawtext-with-ffmpeg, "--enable-libharfbuzz" option is also required (as well as --enable-libfreetype) when compiling recent version of ffmpeg.
May I ask you to release update with ffmpeg compliled with such options?
