System not working correctly + cannot download logs #118139

The problem

After some time, the system is not working correctly, addons page not working, supervisor page not working, etc...
There are multiple errors shown in UI, but I cannot download logs to provide them to you for investigation.

Download logs url (https://homeassistant.local:8123/api/error_log?auth=xxx) results in:

Note that I am using https with lets encrypt.

How can I provide more info about this issue?

After trying to "Load full logs" the UI become unresponsive and had to do a manual system restart.
After restart, logs are not available anymore in UI....

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates.
