Cannot delete Integration / Integration not loaded #76729

The problem

After I restarted Home Assistant, suddenly the integration could not be loaded.

Then I tried to delete the integrations. But this is not possible, too.

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

2022.8.4

Home Assistant OS
