So glad I'm not the only one being disrupted of this visualization. Possibility of setting the number count would be great so everyone can decide individually how many filler zeros are needed to have a consistent look and feel. |

Upvoted, but perhaps I can make the feature request just a little more general: wouldn't it be great if the display value could be a template? So that you are able to get the correct precision with

For example, I have a sensor whose value is a number of hours (as float) that I would like to have in a gauge, but as the text in the gauge I would like to see not "8.5235126512 h" but "8:32:56", for example. With the display value template, I could configure a gauge on the numeric sensor and then add
for the displayed text. |

Problem: Gauge strips trailing 0s and displays e.g. 1,3 € instead of 1,30 €.
Request: Provide an option to ensure a fixed amount of digits, 2 in above case.
