"New Zone" modal dialog too wide/overflowing

Describe the issue you are experiencing

The 'New Zone' modal dialog is too wide and overflows (overflow is hidden though, so you lose the left/right side) on screens 451-600px wide as the dialog itself is at least 600px wide on screens >450px.

Describe the behavior you expected

The modal dialog adapts to fit within the screen width, like it does on screens <= 450px wide.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Have a screen 451-600px wide (resizing a browser window works, like for the screenshot above)
2. Go to Settings > Areas & Zones > Zones
3. Click on Add Zone
