Winston should send emails (via nodemailer) based on configurable thresholds (e.g. EMERGENCY, CRITICAL, etc).

Winston offer 3 logging levels norms by defaults npm syslog and cli, I chose npm

silly: 0
debug: 1
verbose: 2
info: 3
warn: 4
error: 5

After Codeship Setting done. and CI is actually worked.
