Added grunt-jscs for testing grunt-jsbeautifier for fixing & testing

grunt-jscs is too strict and It's only check style without fixing. Let's skip it. Beside, it's not working on Windows for now. I'm using Grunt 0.4.5, Grunt-cli 0.1.13
