Tried to install homebridge-chamberlain. It started spamming this in console non stop:

Plugin seems to have installed fine however.

It looks like the homebridge service isn't starting after the install. Looking into this.

There is currently no visual cue when a plugin is done installing unless manually refreshing the page. Some plugins take a long time to install, without a view of the console, it's impossible to know when it's done

When a plugin installs the config changes. The config is reloaded, but not injected into the interface. The interface needs to rebuild to catch the changes.

I made a call to rebuild and reload the interface. It also redirects to installed plugins, as a confirmation that it is installed.
