[Bug]: Different cursor on different buttons on landing page

The cursor is not a pointer for numerous buttons that are present in the landing page.
ange for the rest
Eg:- here on the rest, if you hover with the mouse it does not change to pointer, while it does ch

Possible Solution:

1. Changing the cursor type to pointer for the given buttons.

I saw this, but then I noticed the reason for not changing the cursor to pointer type for some buttons. The reason is check this link.
The cursor is chaning to pointer only if the button has a link to this examples directory
