Plugin only works for one swipe and then stops doing anything #27

How did you get Hyprland (e.g. built from source/ from which distro's repo) and how did you compile this plugin? I've seen this bug happen when I mix between fedora/copr hyprland and plugin built with nix, but I'm not too sure why. |
I am on vanilla Arch Linux and I tried both extra/hyprland and hyprland-git I compiled the plugin from source with

I've tried building Hyprland in different ways with different versions, but it always made the same error. Here are the logs when I crash : Logs

The original issue is most likely due to I'll start investigating once fedora toolbox stops refusing to work with me... |
I'm experiencing a similar issue wherein after loading the plugin my touch device stops working once I perform a three finger swipe. If I do not attempt to trigger any plugin actions (such as three finger swipe) the touch device continues working even while the plugin is loaded. The touch devices functionality is restored by unloading the plugin. Arch Linux, commit e35f613 |
Yeah, for some reason this plugin only works on NixOS. |
That's an odd bug. I'll post my results with Hyprland in debug mode though I imagine my logs will be the same as yours. Happy to help the author as necessary. |
I can no longer reproduce this issue when running non mismatching versions of hyprland and hyprgrass. |
Well I'm not on Arch anymore but we can close this if you say it's fixed now! |
When I launch a Hyprland session and load the plugin, I can do one workspace swipe that does about 80% of the animation and then the plugin just stops working.
Here is the log I could find :
I then try to unload and load the plugin again but it still does nothing.
