Walking Papers Broken

The walking papers service is broken. I verified that it does not work. The wikii says it has been broken for over a year.

Looks like the project has moved to http://fieldpapers.org/

All of the references to walking papers should be changed to "field papers"?

Also, the field papers does not reproduce the broken JOSM functionality :-( .

Plan was to use hot waking papers. I think that we may need to change the
link.

@wonderchook, do you think that would suffice?

@MappingKat yes though we need to fix hot walking papers so the scanning works. @IknowJoseph any idea on what that would take?
