Data element: Third party certification (Enumeration - ENERGY STAR, ENERGY STAR Most Efficient, WaterSense, CEE Tier 1, CEE Tier 2, CEE Tier 3, Other, Unknown, None)
Rationale: Faucet aerators are eligible for a financial incentives under the NYSERDA program.

Water fixtures (faucet aerator) - recommend putting under water heater or creating a new branch for fixtures

Data Element: Flow rate (number - gpm)
Rationale: Low-flow shower heads are eligible for an incentive under the NYSERDA program and are fairly common measures under many programs. The range must allow for decimal places.

Water fixtures (low-flow shower head) - recommend putting under water heater or creating a new branch for fixtures

Data element: Third party certification (enumeration - ENERGY STAR, ENERGY STAR Most Efficient, WaterSense, CEE Tier 1, CEE Tier 2, CEE Tier 3, Other, Unknown, None)
Rationale: Low-flow shower heads are eligible for an incentive under the NYSERDA program. WaterSense is the entity that certifies low flow shower heads.
