Exported WEM files are empty

With some files from Devil May Cry 5, wwiseutil_gui lists files, but exports empty WEMs.

Any idea what could cause that?

could you give me an in depth tutorial on how to use the command line version? i am so lost and have spent hours trying to repack this .bnk file. The gui version keeps corrupting it.
