7th Dragon 2020(NPJH50459):character voice issue #6975

The beginning of the character voice sounds weird. A noticeable example is when Nav3.7 appear and say "ju san ban".You can find that the "ju" doesnt sound right. I think the problem exist in all scenes. Some are noticeable ,some are not. The first bad version is v0.9.9.1-533-g2aed007. You can compare it with v0.9.9.1-523-g2aed007, and you may find that the voice is weird.
The most obvious one is when character with “male voice I" use "exhaust" command.

That should be this problem #4595 will be fixed after #6974 merged

Does it fix in v0.9.9.1-588-g8a2ad02?
