Hi everyone, could anyone help me, I'm having difficulty in leaving the tracert command, it does not return any value.

Follow the tests that I performed on my router in Sao Paulo, No problem in the router, See that the command works perfertamente in the router, I just do not have the result in the screen of the web server.
