查看此网络下可以直接通过浏览器访问该链接，访问不了的话，可能是url有问题。也可以试试通过参数-p [本地socks5端口] 使用代理更新节点，看可不可以成功。

网络下可以正常访问链接，url用v2ray更新无报错，正常访问，使用-p参数更新节点还未尝试

这玩意儿不是新软件，是一个命令行控制网络代理。安装的话你看下他主页的Readme，这样应该比较好懂一些。
