Almost all topics and/or nodes are published in the niryo_one namespace, except for the tool_action topic. Below is a snippet of the issue

/niryo_one/niryo_one/tool_action/cancel
/niryo_one/niryo_one/tool_action/feedback
/niryo_one/niryo_one/tool_action/goal
/niryo_one/niryo_one/tool_action/result
/niryo_one/niryo_one/tool_action/status

And here is an output of the rostopic info command

rostopic info /niryo_one/niryo_one/tool_action/goal
Type: niryo_one_msgs/ToolActionGoal

Publishers:
 * /niryo_one/niryo_one_commander (http://wolf-Pav15:38655/)

Subscribers: None

So, it seems the niryo_one_commander package is already publishing with a namespace. niryo_one_commander belongs to the original repo, so need to look into the most "ROS" way of solving this issue

  • Option 1 is to find, check and modify the code
