Catch 404 if a venue gets deleted underneath the user

If we delete a venue but the user has an old browser tab open, they'll get a 404 when they try to see what's on tap at the Nook or Wish You Were Beer.

Let's catch that 404, display a toast saying that venue is gone, and re-fetch venues.
