Some plugins not working at tall #294
Comments
Same happen for me, any hints? |
I haven't used all the plugins, but I was having the same issue with the dropdown plugin. I downgraded to 1.9.0 since that issue link mentions that version and the dropdown plugin is working fine now. |
Thank you @bizarf for your comment. Do you have an HTML code snippet of your working dropdown? I've downgraded to 1.9.0 and using the HTML code above still doesn't work. |
Sure. This was actually old code that I wrote before 1.9.0, but I updated Preline to the latest version for that project and suddenly found it broken. This is for a React project.
Edit: I just tested the sample code you tried and it's working for me. I'm guessing the plugin hasn't been loaded? |
@bizarf thank you for testing my sample code and letting me know that worked. So this got me thinking "I'm missing something" and it turns out... I was using 2.X.X... when I updated tailwind to the most recent one(3.4.1), all plugins started to work. So thank you =) |
I'm still running into this issue with the Tooltip plugin. When I downgrade to 1.9.0 it starts working. Using that as my solution for the time being. |
When using some plugins, everything works as expected:
Just by copying the example code from the plugins page, like accordion everything works out of the box. Perfectly.
But other plugins like dropdown don't work at all even if I copy the example code from the plugins page.
I've tried calling the class directly like this HSDropdown.show('#dropdown');, I've done what was suggested in this issue, but nothing works.
Plugins not working:
Any thoughts?
