SUBSCRIBE does not contain route headers

second re-SUBSCRIBE fails (I think because it does not contain route headers)


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.217 on Chrome (latest) Mac 10.10.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Please see the SUBSCRIBE sent out in the log attched. The first is ok, the 
second is ok, but the third one fails. I think because it does not contain 
route headers. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
