Default colour used for example text illegible in the stock windows terminal. #25

The example strings default to a dark blue, which is next to impossible to see in the black windows terminal. (Possibly in part due to my cheap monitors)

Could change to a pink/orange? Both should work on most common background colours.

I see your concern -- I am unsure about the best way to set up the color scheme to work across all platforms. Open to suggestions, otherwise I will look into this when I can

Release 0.1.0 will include a --no-color option and it will be cached to disk. Closing for now unless you'd like to discuss an alternative solution to simply allowing people to turn off colors.
