Feature Request: Show calculated extrusion width when mouse points to a extrusion track.

Since the viewer can emulate extrusion widths, it should be possible to show width value when the mouse is pointing to a extrusion move, it would be better if the gap size between two adjacent parallel moves can be shown, too.
