polsat box provider add #4
Comments
thanx, but after scan i got a empy bouquet. Channels are in last scan bouquet not in Cyfrowy Polsat. |
Please re-open, after scan i got a empty bouquet too. |
Well I don't have 13e available anymore so someone will need to provide a transport stream recording for analysis. |
No problem, I can do it. Please provide the instructions. I have a Vu+ uno 4K SE with OpenPLI 9 (python3). |
Vu boxes are not capable of doing that. Needs a box such as Os Mio 4k. |
I have also ZGEMMA H8.2H |
I don't know about that box. Anyway the tools are here: https://github.com/oe-alliance/AutoBouquetsMaker/tree/tools/scripts%20and%20tools/Stream%20recording |
after
on VU+ dvbsnoop -s pidscan shows nothing, but I see al lot on H8.2H. dvbsnoop -s pidscan
|
dvbsnoop -s pidscan | awk '/PID found/ { print $3 }' |
binary from Ahoik doesn't start at my box, so I compiled the sources from https://github.com/linuxstb/dvbtools with MAX_CHANNELS changed from 64 to 512. |
H8 is a different arch I think compared to most ARM boxes (cortexa7hf-vfp, not cortexa15hf-neon-vfpv4). Can you give us the binary you built so we can add to the tools on ABM repo? Can you get the pid list and we can decide what to record? |
my binary http://areq.eu.org/e2/openpli/arm/dvbstream Today I posted pids list above in: #4 (comment) |
Maybe start with this one: PID found: 16 (0x0010) [SECTION: Network Information Table (NIT) - actual network] |
5 minutes http://areq.eu.org/e2/ts/

If you do a scan with extra debug enabled maybe that will show something in the log. |
Sure, I can run a scan with extra debug enabled, but could you let me know how exactly to enable it? |
Depends what image you are using. First you need to turn on debug logs. In OpenViX that is in Menu > Setup > System > Logs. Enable debug logs and reboot. Next, in the plugin press YELLOW for "Advanced options" and turn on "Extra debug". Then scan. Finally, collect the log from whatever location you chose in the first step. |
I have openPli 9, log: |
The code is not finding any LCNs in the nit even though we can see something in the stream. Can you also get stream recordings for SDT and BAT please. |
Do you mean these pids? |
Yes, Maybe your tables have no BAT. |
At the moment I'm not sure why this is not working. |
I found the reason why it didn't work for me. I took the latest plugin sources from your git, but I had dvbreader.so from https://github.com/Huevos/SatScanLcn/tree/master/ipk, which are already 3 years old. Today I rebuilt the whole bitbake plugin with OpenPli and it works! Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your commitment to help 🫶. By the way, why is your package not in OpenPli? - there is something similar: MisPlsLcnScan, which I see you are dealing with too, but after installing it from the repository there are no Polish platforms. Could you add SatScanLcn to OpenPli packages as well? I am attaching the armv7l ipk file which works wll for me with OpenPli 9.0 on VU+ uno 4k SE, maybe someone needs it. |
Hello. Is it possible to add a provider Polsat box? 13E
