User Story #1: As a user, I would like to be able to add a profile picture

• Given that the user is on their account page, when they wish to change their profile picture, then the application should allow them to choose an image from their device
• Given that the user has set their profile picture, when the user navigates to their account page, their profile picture is displayed
• Given that the user has set their profile picture, when the user wishes to change their image, then their new profile picture is displayed in place of the old one
• Given that the user has not set a profile picture, when they navigate to their account page, then a default image will appear
