to solve it nedded:

update patches to depends/patches/ from original core sources bitcoin-0.12.1;
write Makefile to depends/ from original core sources bitcoin-0.12.1;
in folder depends/ set for all files:
chmod 777 -R ./

new version folder depends/ attached:
depends.zip
