Add a single convenience function to use all functionalities of the agreement package.

Motivation

This will enable users to use all functionalities without further knowledge of the data transformations required to get the desired results.

Implementation details
Add a single agreement function that takes all necessary parameters as input and returns results as well as parameters for reproducibility.
