- No longer display a message when the user force the `dump-autoload` setting to `true` when the result is that the autoloader cannot be dumped - Skip dumping the autoloader when once of the `composer.lock` and `vendor/composer/installed.json` file is found but not the other - Automatically append the composer files even when the auto-discovery is turned off to allow the Composer autoloader to be dumped without issues Closes box-project#368. Closes box-project#359.
