Missing CMakeLists.txt in the master branch? #1

I'm trying to build for windows but I can't run the last 2 cmake commands and I think it's because there's meant to be a CMakeLists.txt in the root folder? Is this the case or have I done something else wrong?

Sorry, the README.md is outdated, CMakeLists.txt is been removed as this repository is changing from a console app to a desktop app. Please check appveyor.yml for build on windows. The CI file for linux and MacOS are still have some issues.
