800,000 HYDRO for Ethereum dApp developers to build a PoC dApp into the Snowflake dApp store

What is the development you want done?
We have recently completed the first round of development on the Snowflake dApp store and are ready for some testing! We have put together a dApp developer's guide to building a dApp on Snowflake.

We are looking for solidity devs to build dApps into the dApp store and provide feedback on the experience.

What are the deliverables?

This task is for Solidity developers to build a dApp into our dApp store by following Andy's user guide. The dApp's functionality is up to your creativity, but it must meet two requirements:

• Has a React front-end in our dApp store
• Has some monetization function within the dApp that uses Hydro, pulling from Snowflake balances.

Once the dApp is completed, you should also provide a feedback report detailing:

1. Feedback on the development process building on Snowflake vs the development process for building other dApps
2. Feedback on your experience using the dashboard (we are working on a front-end redesign of the entire dashboard; however, it would be great to get your feedback on the dashboard as it stands - particularly any requested changes in functionality that you believe would improve your experience as a developer)
3. Any additional thoughts or feature requests for the dApp store

Timeframe?
We propose three weeks for the completion of this task.

Submission process?
Please comment on this issue declaring your interest in completing the task and then fill out the Snowflake dApp creation claims form. For reference on the question regarding monetization, a key feature of Snowflake is that it allows users to manage an identity token that can hold Hydro from multiple ethereum addresses. Users are able to set an allowance for various dApps from this Hydro balance, and those dApps can programmatically or upon execution of certain events draw from that Hydro balance. This opens the door to easy implementation of things like subscription services or in-app purchases. Feel free to reach out to our development team on Discord with any questions.

We will review the applicants and select ~5 dApps as part of this task based on how they leverage the functionality provided by Snowflake and how unique the functionality of the expected dApp would be.
