How to report a bug

Hi !

First of all : thank you for taking the time to report an issue, we really appreciate it !

Before you start make sure you read the tips below. This will ensure that your input is complete and will (hopefully) speed up the problem solving process.

Step 1: FAQ

Check out the FAQ, there is a big chance that your problem/remark (and the solution for it) is already described there

Step 2: Manual

Please go trough the manual to make sure that the problem you found is indeed a bug, and not a configuration or usage problem

Step 3: Already reported ?

Check out our Github issue tracker to see if someone else has already reported the issue you encountered. If you do find a ticket that describes the problem that you found, please add additional info (or 'this affects me too') to the ticket

Step 4: Report it

If you create a report in the bugtracker this info must be included :

• OS type + version (eg Windows7 64bit, Ubuntu 12.10 32bit ... )
• Hydrogen version (Info > About, or via CLI : hydrogen -v)
• A detailed description of the issue
• How to reproduce it (if possible)
