A lot of new features were introduced in 0.9.4. Here comes a list with some of them:

QT4 support
new soundlibrary manager & browser
playlist editor
beatcounter ( improved tap-tempo )
improved jack transport
mute groups
new "load layer" dialog with automatic velocity setting
a lot of functions are now controllable via midi ( customizable with GUI )
support for CC midi messages
Jack: improved track outputs (switchable between pre-/post-fader)
effects are now pre-masterfader
improved ladspa dialog with "recently used"-feature
adjustable pan and velocity per note
randomize velocity
"lead and lag" note property (adds a more human feeling to beats)
improved LASH support
