We need to change this to something that's maintained. Maybe write our own release action using go?

  • Node.js 16 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 20: actions/create-release@v1.
  • The following actions uses node12 which is deprecated and will be forced to run on node16: actions/create-release@v1.
  • The set-output command is deprecated and will be disabled soon. Please upgrade to using Environment Files.
