With help of https://github.com/hyperledger/iroha/pull/3426/files we can use a nix flake to develop Iroha. This comes with several advantages, namely that now the entire process of operating on Iroha is reduced to proper usage of nix.

We should support the usage of proper developer tools and best practices. We should make references to fenix a little information about the nix language that should enable surgical modifications to the nix flake.
