With sources, axes, grids, and the API entities we can soon include ncdf4 as an alternative provider.

Should be able to allow this package to use anything available, ncdf4 or RNetCDF or GDAL.

Begun here: https://github.com/hypertidy/ncmeta/tree/groups

Really needs attributes to be done, most other entities are done. Need to allow sending in "group".
