if the run mode is local (the current defaults) it does not make sense to show the batch system / queue name and other related parameters. Only relevant for HPC mode

In the webapp the execution parameters are hidden.

In the workflow builder to hide parameters when another parameter has a certain value I would need to programmatically determine this relationship from defaults.yml file and then use if/then/else in JSON schema.
