If not is in the system. It complains about not finding fftw.h not found.

The user must choose if to use the FFTW either from system or from Scipion.

If you intend to use Xmipp in Scipion the use of scipion's FFTW is strongly recommended. To do that you need to export SCIPION_HOME=/path/to/scipion/main/folder before compiling.
