StandardPart is not a subclass of Standard #47

I have realized that StandardPart is not a Subclass of Standard and it seems to me like it should be but I might be wrong.

As far as I see it, both Standard and StandardPart are subclasses of Publication. Which is fine for me. Can we close this issue?
