Create Responsive Disambiguation for 6M62

This extension is meant to allow disambiguation answers that begin with verbs--so if the player is asked "Which do you mean, the chess board or the go board" they can respond "go board" without its being interpreted as a command to go to the board.

It is an experimental extension and may not interact well with After Reading A Command rules.
