[Feature request] Add Motion Photos #93

Describe the solution you'd like
Google Cam can take 'motion photos' which contain a few second video embedded inside the photo.

Additional context
iOS also calls this "Live Photos" and further adds audio.

If Librecamera implemented this feature, it would be the first open source camera to implement it (AFAIK)
