Generalising the Open-Source Clinical Software Pipeline

I came across your research paper, "A Systematic Review of Open Source Clinical Software on GitHub for Improving Software Reuse in Smart Healthcare". I appreciate the work you've done to developing the pipeline to search for GitHub repositories. I am currently using it to help explore repositories in another discipline.

I believe your work can be generalised to help other researchers. I am creating this issue to start the conversation to extend the pipeline for other disciplines to use. I am more than happy to help with the changes.
