Message I received from Andrew Thorstensen (STSM, IBM Cloud - VPC Gen 2)
"When you purchase a dedicated host there are not instance costs to place VSIs on them. However, you still incur a charge for the volumes (including boot volumes), internet bandwidth, floating IPs, etc… that those VSIs use."
