I am unable to install this project

I execute the following command and I get the error shown. Please assist.

iPhone:git aetomala$ sudo bower install ibm-colors --save-dev --allow-root

now i get the following:

That looks like a networking problem.. Is your bower config pointing at an internal bower registry?
